While your service is guaranteed to begin within 45 days of booking, it does not start immediately upon purchase. Your official service start date will be the day work begins on your resume and cover letter, not the date of purchase. We only actively manage 6 clients in the queue at a time. This service is NON-REFUNDABLE once you sign up and enter into the queue. This ensures high productivity and focus to give clients the best possibility of landing employment. After sign up you will be emailed once you are up in the queue and your service date is beginning.
Booking Terms:
Due to limited availability, all service bookings are non-refundable once reserved. Payment secures both the services purchased and the allotted service time. The only exception for a refund will be considered if your service start date exceeds 45 business days from the original sign-up date. Please note that, due to high demand and limited slots, service start dates may be scheduled approximately 30-45 business days from the time of booking. If employment is not secured within the allotted service period, we recommend extending your service to continue receiving support until employment is obtained.
